Real Estate Investment
The group invests in commercial and residential real estate projects for tier 1 and tier 2 cities. Investments are made in the form of equity or debt capital or both.
Each project has its own unique characteristics thereby having its own risk to reward trade-off. Thus each project is analysed by a dedicated team. The company can invest from as early as the land acquisition stage depending on project viability. Ideally the group invests in fully secured instruments for the period of 3 to 5 years.
Investments in Income Yielding Products
The group looks to invest in commercial properties and IT parks in tier 1 and tier 2 cities. Such properties should have scope for rental and capital appreciation.
Suashish’s investment objective is to identify and invest in low risk income yielding properties at a reasonable valuation. The group is also willing to consider pre-leased property. Tenants of the same will be carefully vetted and there shall be a 3 to 5 year lock in period. Ideally properties should not be older than 5 to 7 years. However, they would be considered if land is available with the respective property.
